Customer Portal | Real-Time Visibility for Your Customers

We're excited to launch the Customer Portal Beta, allowing you to create a personalized portal under your domain (e.g., portal.yourdomain.com). This portal enables new customer sign-ups or invitations directly from your customer profile page. Customers can track loads in real-time, book new loads using their rate matrix, or send booking requests—all within a centralized environment. Upcoming enhancements will focus on UI personalization, allowing you to incorporate your branding throughout the portal, and refining the quote request process.

Table Search

Highly requested feature: column-specific search capabilities. You can now search data within each column across all tables in Vektor, making it easier than ever to find exactly what you need. This enhancement, though minor, significantly improves data accessibility and efficiency.

Customize Route Calculation Provider

Looking to fine-tune your drivers' routes? We've added the ability to customize truck routing profiles using external providers like Google Maps and Here Maps, in addition to our proprietary Vektor routing profiles. This new configuration option allows you to select specific settings for more precise and accurate route planning.

New Revenue Types

We're introducing two new driver compensation methods to enhance flexibility and fairness:

• Payment Per Stop: Compensate drivers for additional stops within a manifest after the first two.

• Weekly Flat Rate: Set a fixed weekly compensation for consistent earnings.
