Our Settlement Engine has always been a cornerstone for streamlining pay processes, and now it’s more powerful than ever! This update introduces new flexibility to handle complex settlement scenarios, giving you greater control and visibility over your finances.

How this update benefits your operation:

• Driver Settlements: Pay drivers separately from vendor (e.g., $0.60 CPM).

• Vendor Settlements: Deduct recurring expenses like fuel, tolls, and driver pay from vendor payouts.

• Company Settlements: Consolidate standard expenses & other settlement payouts to get a clear and realistic profitability picture.

Whether you’re managing 3rd-party vendors or internal settlements, this update ensures your pay processes are more agile and accurate than ever. To start creating Vendor settlements, make sure truck is assigned under Vendor. And to bring new fields, please use table editor to make these tables visible.
