Manifests

Weight & Temperature Support

Vektor now calculates total max weight hauled during LTL / Partial shipments, and shows temperature required by all orders.

Collapse/Expand Sections

Created an ability to hide manifest details and map to have a larger list of order dataset for a more full-size table experience.

Orders

Updated AI Extraction Model & Added Commodity Support

The updated LMM manages to process 20x larger order sheets in almost 2x less time than before while considering the extended context of order information.

Equipment Type Management

We've introduced a new feature that allows you to create, edit, and delete equipment types used in orders within the settings. You can also enable temperature control for each equipment type. This feature gives you more flexibility in managing custom equipment types used in your operation.

Order Import

Users can import load details directly into the system using a provided file format.

Amazon Imports

Brand new Amazon-Relay order import, optimized to support extended variations of Amazon Trips and Amazon Payments files, including batches.

Custom Fields

The Orders module now supports custom fields, enabling users to configure additional fields and fill them in when creating a new order, allowing to customize Vektor to your operation even further.

Commodities: New Fields

The Commodities section in Orders has been updated with additional fields, including Amount, Currency, and Country of Origin.

Start Stop Returns!

The Start Stop feature, used to define the starting points & visualizing empty miles, has been improved and brought back to production.

Brokers & Customers

Orders Tab

A new "Orders" tab has been added to the Brokers and Customers pages. This tab lets users quickly access order-related information specific to the selected broker or customer. This enhancement aims to provide quicker access to relevant order details.

Dispatch

Address Book Page

A new Address Book page has been added under the Dispatch section. This page allows companies to view previously used locations and add new locations.

Drivers

Self-Assignment of Trucks and Trailers

Drivers can now directly assign and unassign their trucks and trailers from the Vektor Driver app, simplifying and streamlining vehicle management, especially for use cases when a driver needs to pick a trailer from your lot.

Settlements

Updated Send Settlement Interface

The interface of the send settlement function has been enhanced, to adjust settlement send-out message, add additional attachments and send settlement through SMS.

Improved Transaction View

The debit and credit transactions view has been adjusted to provide a more accurate and precise representation in the table.

Exports

New Centralized Exports Page

A new dedicated Exports page has been added, allowing users to view detailed reporting and statistics for each export event. Additionally, users can access individual export logs to troubleshoot any failed exports, and correct the issue.

CSV Invoice Export

Added the ability to export invoices in CSV format from the Billing pages. This allows users to easily download and analyze invoice data for reporting or external processing purposes.

Repaired Export Functionality Across the Platform

Export features have been fixed and optimized across multiple pages, including Brokers, Customers, all Billing pages, all Fleet pages, Recurring Transactions, Tolls, Fuel, and Settlements.

General Improvements and Fixes

Dark Mode Enhancements

Improved dark mode, fixing various visual inconsistencies to provide a smoother and more cohesive user experience.

Sorting Behavior Fix

Resolved an issue where users remained on their current page after changing sorting on paginated lists. Now, users are correctly redirected to the first page after any sorting change.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enhanced the performance and reliability of two-factor authentication to improve security and ease of use.

Notification System Improvements 

We optimized the notification system for better performance and more timely updates.
